Your account

Betting rules and settlement

Every market has its own rules, which are shown before you place a bet. Once a bet is confirmed, it stands. We settle bets based on the official result of the event. If a result is corrected or a market is voided, we adjust settlements to match the fair outcome. If a clear error occurs in the odds or a bet is accepted after an event has started, we may void the affected bets.

Fair use and prohibited conduct

We expect fair play. You must not:

• Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to place bets.
• Collude with other players or exploit a fault in the platform.
• Bet on events you can influence, or use inside information.
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or misuse the service.

If we find this kind of conduct, we may void bets, hold funds, and close the account.

Bonuses and promotions

From time to time we offer bonuses. Each one comes with its own terms, such as wagering conditions and time limits. Bonuses are for genuine play only. We may withdraw a bonus, or the winnings from it, if we find abuse or a breach of the promotion rules.

Suspension and closure

We may suspend or close an account if you break these terms, if we are required to by law, or to protect the platform and other players. You can also ask us to close your account at any time. Any confirmed balance you are owed will be returned through an approved method after checks.

Limitation of liability

We work to keep the platform running well, but we cannot promise it will always be available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses caused by events outside our control, by third-party services, or by your own breach of these terms. Betting is done at your own risk.
